Motorcycle Accidents
People that enjoy riding a motorcycle do so because it’s fun and there is a certain freedom that they feel being on the open road with the wind rushing by them. Sometimes other drivers suffer a “disconnect” and don’t see motorcyclists when they change lanes or make other maneuvers because they are less likely to see you, the motorcyclist, than another equally large or larger vehicle. Motorcyclists are entitled to the same protection under the law as cars and trucks.
At the same time, motorcyclists have limited protection on the road. There isn't a metal structure surrounding the rider, there isn't a seatbelt restraining the individual from being ejected into the air, and there isn't anything shielding the biker from the impact with the road, the other vehicle, or anything else.
Oftentimes the injuries an individual suffers on a motorcycle can be very serious. If you, a loved one or a friend is injured, we know the rules of the road and can help protect you.
We can handle your case on a “contingency fee” basis, which means that you do not pay a legal fee unless we obtain a settlement or a jury verdict.
